For more than 25 years, Jacqueline Tait has been providing trusted legal support services in real estate law and personal planning to clients throughout Chilliwack and the Lower Mainland.
With a long-held dream of owning her own practice, Jacqueline applied to and was accepted into the Notary Education Program in 2010. She completed her Master of Arts in Applied Legal Studies at Simon Fraser University in December 2012 and was commissioned as a BC Notary Public in 2013. During her studies, she received five of the six awards presented for the highest marks on the statutory examinations, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence and the profession.
Since opening her practice in 2013, Jacqueline has built a reputation for providing knowledgeable, compassionate, and personalized legal services in a welcoming small-firm environment. She is committed to helping clients navigate some of life’s most significant transitions, including buying, selling, and refinancing homes, as well as preparing wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and other estate planning documents.
Drawing on more than two decades of experience, Jacqueline understands the complexities that can arise during legal transactions. Her extensive knowledge enables her to identify and address potential issues before they become problems, helping clients move forward with confidence.
